We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Editor / Production Coordinator . The ideal candidate will work closely with the production, editing, and post-production teams to ensure all content is processed and delivered on time and in the correct formats.
PLEASE NOTE : THIS ROLE REQUIRES ON-SITE, FULL TIME WORK IN OUR HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA OFFICE.
What you will do :
- Manage daily content workflows including downloading, organizing, and delivering video assets for on-air promos and digital platforms.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of deliverables (ProRes files, viewing files, social media assets with captions) to appropriate platforms and backup systems.
- Oversee file management on various servers and cloud systems and ensure assets are properly archived.
- Work with the post-production team to ensure that all deliverables meet broadcast standards and deadlines.
- Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of final deliverables.
- Perform administrative tasks, including : maintaining the editorial calendar and other tracking documents.
