This role requires expertise in hydraulics, welding, and fabrication, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service. *Duties* - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, ensuring they meet safety standards. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to hydraulics, tires, and other trailer components. - Assemble and disassemble trailer parts as needed for repairs or upgrades. - Operate heavy equipment safely while conducting repairs or maintenance tasks. - Provide tire services including installation, rotation, and repair. - Fabricate replacement parts using welding techniques and other methods as necessary. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Requirements* - Proven experience as a mechanic or technician in the trailer or heavy equipment industry. - Proficiency in hydraulics, welding, assembly, and fabrication techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately. - Experience with tire service including repair and replacement procedures. - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. - A valid driver's license is preferred.
