Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, assist customers, and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and experience in customer service and financing.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers by guiding them through the financing process.
Purchasing parts, restocking retail shelves, and coordinating trailer repairs.
Relaying critical information to the Sales Manager in a timely manner.
Maintain organized trailer records, invoices, and documentation.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle general office duties, including scheduling, emails, and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Ensure a well-organized and productive office environment.
Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office for our customers.
Requirements:
Bilingual - English & Spanish (highly preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Previous experience in office management or customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Knowledge of financing processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
