Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair boiler systems in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of boiler equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Work with hydraulics and other mechanical systems related to boiler operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC/R or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Familiarity with field service operations and customer service best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
