Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare reports for senior management regarding compliance status and initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during audits or investigations.
- SOC II Development: Develop, implement, and maintain SOC II policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data.
Skills
- Understanding of FDA regulations as they pertain to loan servicing compliance.
- Proven experience in compliance management within a loan servicing setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
