Trailhead Credit Union is seeking a full-time service-oriented, member-centric individual to join our Old Town Branch on NW 2nd. The Member Service Teller (MST) will work with a dynamic team to serve our membership face-to-face, and through other mediums daily.
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Start your day with a cup of coffee.
- Get ready to be the face of the credit union! Prep your work station so that you’re ready to take on the day!
- Check in with your co-workers; make some jokes.
- Complete a variety of transactions to meet our member’s unique needs. Give members an experience to remember!
- Assist members of Trailhead Credit Union in person, via telephone, snail mail, email, or online through our app.
- Replace debit/ATM/credit cards as needed.
- Take a break! Dine at a local restaurant or our breakroom.
- Back to being a Rockstar: You will spend most of your day problem-solving, listening, and providing answers to a variety of our member’s requests including processing transactions, mobile banking or app help, loan payments, basic questions about credit union products, and more!
- Receive some praise and feedback from your supervisor.
- You’re feeling appreciated, proactive, ambitious, and need minimal supervision.

Job Type:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Work week:
- Monday thru Friday 8:30-5:30pm; that’s right, no weekends!
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of previous cash handling experience (your previous experience at a coffee shop, fast food restaurant or retail store are valuable here!)
- Ability to provide exceptional, prompt customer service
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred experience (Desired, but not required!):
- Previous teller experience
- Some college coursework, including successful complete of college-level accounting or math courses
