Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a pleasant entry experience.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for order processing.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with brewing coffee or other beverages as needed, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist in catering events or special occasions as required, demonstrating flexibility in service roles.
- Uphold hospitality standards in all interactions, contributing to a positive team environment.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for order calculations and handling payments accurately.
- Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
