Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Banking Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and / or managerial experience, with a passion for training and developing retail banking staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail banking staff.
- Conduct training sessions on banking products, services, and customer service best practices.
- Assess training needs and create customized training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail banking staff.
