What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assertive Community Treatment Team Assistant position at TRAIME BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC?
This is a clerical position supporting the Fulton Assertive Community Treatment Team. The duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Assist and or complete initial and every 90 day Georgia Connects Authorization
- Assist and or complete Treatment Plans every six months
- Creation and maintenance of the Qualitative Analysis Report
- Creation and distribution of the Failed Activities and No Status Report
- Input staff schedules weekly
- Maintain tracking report for end of the month report
- Maintain Treatment Team meeting minutes
- Review incoming faxes and upload to consumer Electronic Client Record
- Schedule and notify consumer transportation to and from appointments
- Review, respond, and distribute referrals
- Answer the phones
- The above are the main duties of the Team Assistant but this is not an exhaustive list and you may be asked to assist with other task as needed.
Minimum Training & Experience:
Must have 6 month experience working with in the field of mental health. Must know how to organize an operate a mental health office. Must have good organizational, time management, and verbal skills. Must be able to type 45 wpm. Must be able to use Office programs(Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
