What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support behavioral therapists
Design and implement individualized ABA programs and behavior plans
Collaborate with parents and the ABA treatment team
Provide training to parents and staff
Organize and maintain detailed case records
Participate directly in shaping who we are as a company
What You Need to Join Us:
BCBA Certification and Master’s Degree
Ability to provide services in any of the following areas: Bucks or Montgomery areas in PA or Mercer or Burlington County areas in NJ
Up-to-date clearances
