Job Title : AI Training Technician - Document Validation
Location : Greentree, Pittsburgh, PA

Shift : 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities :
Data Validation : Validate the accuracy of data extracted from mortgage and related documents using proprietary software, based on specific rules and requirements.
Document Classification : Ensure correct document classification and electronic indexing for customer records.
Work Assignment : Monitor and accept assignments from the document queue system, processing projects to assist in the improvement and development of company software.
Client Support : Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality to meet customer service standards.
Adaptability : Work closely with managers to resolve issues, handle evolving tasks, and report any product malfunctions requiring immediate attention.
Communication : Provide clear, concise communication to management, team members, and customers. Patience in managing challenging situations is key.
Compliance & Efficiency : Adhere to company policies, meet productivity expectations, and maintain job-specific standards of performance.
Repetitive Task Work : Must enjoy working on repetitive tasks as they are a core component of this role.
Shift : Work on-site with a shift from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM to accommodate West Coast clients.
Quality Control : Locate and correct data entry errors, verify accuracy before submission.
Qualifications and Education :
- Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other common computer applications.
Must be legally eligible to work in the US (US Citizen or Permanent Resident). No visa sponsorship available.
