Training Technologies and Support, Inc. is interviewing for an office manager to support the custodial staff at the Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Office Manager is responsible for assisting with administrative duties for a staff of approximately 50 janitors and supervisory personnel responsible for cleaning the Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with human resources responsibilities including, but not limited to recruiting, scheduling interviews, onboarding personnel, and scheduling.
- Assist employees with timecards and assist the Supervisor with approval of timecards so that payroll can be processed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Program Manager and Supervisors with preparation of reports and with tracking the completion of deliverables and work orders.
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA safety, and CDC infection prevention and control guidelines.
- Communicate any issues, hazards, or special cleaning requests to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' office management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Able to pass a background check in order to gain access to federal government facilities.

- Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to maintain professionalism in a medical facility.
- Demonstrate computer skills required to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to implement and follow all federal and building health and safety policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility required to react to changes and frequent interruptions in a productive and positive manner.
