We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who thrives on uncovering unexpected insights, challenging the status quo and shaping behavior-changing ideas. This role is about more than strategy—it’s about seeing what others miss and turning thinking into creative breakthroughs.


As the Senior Brand Strategist, you'll lead clients through complex brand challenges, collaborating across disciplines to craft strategies that inspire bold, impactful work. From defining problems to distilling insights, you’ll be the force that drives alignment, builds consensus and ensures every idea is built on a strong strategic foundation. Responsibilities:

  • Understand business, category and cultural dynamics around our clients’ brands to inspire creative solutions
  • Identify emerging cultural trends that fuel powerful, unexpected briefs
  • Lead the end-to-end strategic process (from briefing to presenting) in a collaborative manner across all departments and disciplines
  • Build sound strategic frameworks including creative briefs, brand positioning and brand and message architectures to establish a strong campaign foundation
  • Create comprehensive communications plans and content strategies to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across channels
  • Push your own strategic thinking without senior support and drive us all to impact
  • Interface directly and develop trusting relationships with clients


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields
  • 3-5 years of agency experience in a strategy or planning department required
  • Willingness to work on vice categories (tobacco products, gaming/lottery, wine and spirits)
  • Experience with brand positioning, audience research and insight development, campaign platform and message development, digital and channel strategies, building customer journeys and campaign ecosystems
  • Strong concise creative and business writing skills
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience engaging mid- to senior-level clients
  • Ability to collaborate across all teams (media creative analytics insights)
  • Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required
  • Contributes to a positive environment
  • Up to 20% travel may be required
