Troubleshoot shipping issues and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Identify opportunities for growth and actively develop new business. Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience required; freight brokerage experience is a plus.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
