What You’ll Do
- Oversee general ledger activities and financial reporting processes.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data to drive business decisions and improve processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Public accounting audit experience preferred – either direct audit experience or industry knowledge.
- ERP experience (any system; implementation experience is a plus).
- Manufacturing accounting experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, journal entries, and financial statements.
