Process invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with vendors via phone and email to resolve account issues.
Research vendor statements to address discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records.
Work with SAP (or similar accounting software) to ensure proper reconciliation.
Support the team with data entry, statement reviews, and general accounts payable duties. What You’ll Bring
Experience : At least 2 years in accounts payable, with a focus on data entry and vendor communication.
Tech Skills : Familiarity with SAP is preferred, but other accounting software experience works too.
Attention to Detail : Confidence in handling reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and transactions.
