Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management :
Identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide using sales tools like Salesforce and Dialpad.
Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to drive connections and exceed performance metrics.
Nurture and manage leads through the sales funnel, with consistent follow-up and personalized engagement.
Set and achieve KPIs, including 20–30 meetings / month and 2 funded shares / month, while maintaining 100 activities / week. Collaboration and Strategic Outreach :
Leverage pre-built scripts and dashboards in Salesforce to maximize efficiency and results.
Work collaboratively in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in a fun, energetic environment designed to fuel success. Qualifications
1–2 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
Highly professional with a strong sense of urgency and grit.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.
Comfortable with a high-volume outbound sales environment, including 80 calls per day.
