Clinical Supervisor – MST – Problem Sexual Behavior – Cuyahoga / Lorain Counties
trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health and social service organization to find a Clinical Supervisor for a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) – Problem Sexual Behavior (PSB) team. This role provides an opportunity to lead and mentor therapists while making a lasting impact on youth and families.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise two teams of therapists – an MST team in Lorain County and a PSB team covering both Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.
Oversee a total of eight therapists, ensuring quality service delivery through case consultation, supervision, and training.
Conduct observations and tape reviews to support therapist skill development.
Provide clinical oversight and direct guidance on case planning, interventions, and family engagement.
Collaborate with caseworkers, probation officers, school professionals, and other community resources to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain compliance with MST principles and clinical best practices.
Offer limited direct services as the teams build caseloads.
Qualifications
LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or above (in good standing).
Supervisory designation (LPCC-S, LISW-S) highly preferred.
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
Previous supervisory experience required (managing students or clinical teams).
Experience working with MST or similar intensive in-home therapy models.
Comfortable working in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings.
Reliable transportation required.
