Deliver services at the frequency and intensity needed to prevent placement or achieve reunification.
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Active licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, or CSW); supervision available if needed.
Minimum two years of experience working with youth and families preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work community-based and hybrid schedules.
