Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Perform data entry, administrative support, and assist the sales team as needed.
Address customer inquiries about products and services.
Follow up on orders and coordinate with shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to communicate updates to clients throughout the order process.
Assist customers with invoices, order updates, and vendor information management.
Identify opportunities for additional orders by consulting with current customers.
Accurately input and maintain information in the ERP system.
Qualifications
Experience :
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems or strong Excel skills.
Skills :
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM.
100% onsite in West Chester Township, Ohio.
