Key Responsibilities
Carry a small caseload (up to 6, averaging 5) of youth and their families.
Deliver therapy using the MST model in homes, schools, and community settings.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with families, key stakeholders, and a highly available supervisor.
Participate in weekly clinical consultations to refine skills and ensure treatment fidelity.
Complete documentation promptly and maintain compliance with HIPAA standards.
Provide on-call support one week every four weeks, covering four counties (Erie, Huron, Sandusky, and Ottawa).
Qualifications
Current LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher licensure in Ohio.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in counseling youth and families, with expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, or behaviorally-based treatments preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
