Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; active licensure as LSW, LPC, or above.
Minimum one year of clinical experience with children and families in behavioral or mental health settings.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities
Provide therapy to 8–12 clients and their families in home-based and community settings.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
Deliver crisis intervention as part of an on-call rotation (minimal after-hours activity).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Care Coordinators to ensure integrated care.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
