Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
Passion for working with children and families in their homes and communities
Reliable transportation to meet families where they are
Ability to work independently in a non-micromanaged environment
Experience with autism is a plus What You’ll Do
Provide in-home and community-based therapy using an evidence-based model.
Support both children and parents through challenges, strengthening family relationships.
Work collaboratively with community partners, schools, and other support systems.
Handle crisis situations as needed, with on-call duties rotating every 8 weeks.
Maintain documentation while managing your own schedule effectively.
