Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do :
Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and support.
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products, orders, and account details.
Provide detailed follow-up on quotes and sales orders.
Support outside sales representatives with pricing, order tracking, and customer updates.
Identify upsell opportunities and provide product recommendations.
Maintain customer records and databases while tracking ongoing communications.
Assist with collections efforts as needed.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for sales transactions. What You’ll Bring :
1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in manufacturing.
Associate’s degree preferred OR equivalent experience in sales or client support.
Proficiency in Excel & Word (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
