Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
Manage Active Directory, including account creation and system migrations.
Provide hardware support and resolve complex IT issues.
Assist with server maintenance, patches, and network backups. Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Tier 2 or 3 IT support with a strong problem-solving approach.
IT degree or relevant experience; certifications such as MCP, MCSE / MCSA, Network , Security preferred.
