Manage leasing processes – schedule unit viewings, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
Ensure compliance – verify eligibility based on program guidelines (LIHTC, HOME, HUD, IRS 4350.3).
Monitor waitlists – review daily changes and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support – maintain reports, assist with compliance training, and ensure confidentiality. What You’ll Need
