Lead mechanical design and development of electro-hydro mechanical systems.
Utilize SOLIDWORKS or Unigraphics / Siemens NX to create detailed models and drawings.
Apply configuration management to ensure product performance aligns with design intent.
Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of new mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and implement root cause corrective actions for design and manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance.
Maintain ISO-standard documentation for certification and manufacturing processes. Qualifications
10 years of experience in mechanical system design and product development.
Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, Unigraphics / Siemens NX, and PDM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with configuration management and managing product life cycles.
Background in aviation, aerospace, or complex mechanical system design preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contract requirements.
