Location: Shaker Heights, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM

trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral healthcare organization to hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support children and adolescents on the autism spectrum in a specialized educational setting.

What You’ll Do
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students on the autism spectrum
Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments
Design and implement individualized sensory supports
Train and educate classroom staff and families
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student goals
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
What You’ll Bring
Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L)
Registration with the Ohio Department of Education
Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum
