Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Respond to phone and email inquiries about order status, shipment tracking, and pricing questions.
Manage customer portals, handle invoicing, and process returns (MRR).
Perform receptionist duties, including answering calls, routing messages, and greeting visitors.
Prepare and send out quote letters and manage office correspondence (incoming / outgoing mail).
Maintain office files and ensure materials and office supplies are ordered as needed.
Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
2-3 years of customer service experience, including phone-based interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
