What You’ll Do
Create, maintain, and distribute weekly progress reports, drawing indexes, and project documentation.
Ensure subcontractor compliance, including insurance, Workers' Compensation certificates, and safety policies.
Manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, as-built drawings, and project archives.
Assist in proposal creation, bid identification, and notification of potential bidders.
Organize meeting notes, project schedules, and contact lists.
Support project accounting by uploading estimates, processing invoices, updating forecasts, and assisting with client billings.
Generate subcontracts and purchase orders while tracking project financials.
What You Bring
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset – willingness to take initiative and be a resource for project managers.
Technical proficiency – experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software (Viewpoint experience a plus).
Construction industry experience – preferred but not required.
