trak group is partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing organization to find a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with specifications and customer expectations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and internal benchmarks to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, and installation teams, as well as external subcontractors.
Oversee on-site start-up and commissioning of equipment.
Review project contracts, design documents, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Develop project timelines, cost reports, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports for internal review.
Lead customer communications, ensuring clarity on submittals, production schedules, and any changes throughout the review process. What You’ll Bring
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a related field, with project management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD (3D capabilities a plus).
Understanding of electronic controllers, instruments, and variable water volume pumping or a desire to learn.
Ability to interpret building plans, engineering designs, and material compatibility requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management certification is a plus.
