Responsibilities
Office Management :
Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive work environment.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally with customers and suppliers.
Implement and promote Lean / 5S practices to enhance efficiency. Technical Purchasing :
Source and procure materials, components, and equipment for projects and operations.
Build relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement budgets, and evaluate vendor performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to fulfill technical specifications. Cross-Functional Support :
Coordinate internal communications and assist with project timelines.
Manage ERP data to track purchases and office resources accurately.
Handle accounts receivable / payable and assist with transporting materials as needed.
Qualifications
Must Have :
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer. Preferred :
