trak group is partnering with a leading company to find two Sales Support Specialists to assist with a CRM system transition and provide essential support to the sales team. This is a contract role where you’ll play a key part in data entry, reporting, and customer support to ensure a seamless transition and efficient sales operations.

Manage CRM data entry, including sample requests, call reports, and leads.
Support sales reps by assisting with customer communication, order processing, and complaint resolution.
Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify key trends and opportunities.
Conduct research to help identify and qualify potential leads.
Assist with trade show preparation, office meetings, and administrative sales tasks. What You’ll Need :
