What You’ll Do
- Drive new business in the retirement planning space through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Represent the firm at industry events and community activities to expand your network and generate leads.
- Stay up to date on retirement plan offerings and market trends, providing strategic recommendations.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client goals and offer tailored plan solutions.
- Collaborate with internal advisors to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client service.
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Meet annual sales goals:
- Year 1: $150K in new business (approx. 7–8 new plans)
- Year 2: $200K in new business (approx. 9 new plans)
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in retirement plan sales, or 5 years in sales support within the retirement space.
- Series 65 or 66 required (CFP or CFA accepted in lieu).
- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong follow-through and accountability.
- A track record of career consistency and tenure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Location: Onsite across multiple offices in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area
schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for events and client meetings
