Telehealth Therapist – Kentucky (Hybrid)

This hybrid position offers a balance of telehealth services (75%) and in-person visits (25%) throughout Kentucky, providing flexibility and a meaningful way to connect with clients.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Deliver mental health services via telehealth and in community-based settings as required.
Ensure client documentation complies with standards and policies.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support when needed.
Travel to designated Kentucky locations 25% of the time.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Active licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, or CSW); supervision available if required.
At least two years of experience providing treatment to youth and families is highly preferred.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to meet travel needs.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and ability to work flexible hours.
