What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a small team, providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship.
Manage the intake and placement process, collaborating with case coordinators and therapists.
Ensure compliance with licensing, documentation, and quality assurance standards.
Oversee budgetary decisions and fiscal operations for the Bowling Green division.
Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and treatment planning.
Conduct performance evaluations, establish work schedules, and ensure program effectiveness.
Support recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical and administrative staff.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure, with the ability to provide supervision.
Three years of experience in social services, including at least one year of leadership experience.
Strong ability to manage programs, oversee compliance, and lead a team effectively.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
