The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring quality and food safety practices at The Organic Snack Company food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities are performed through direction from the QA Director, working closely with other department managers, working with the QA supervisors combined with observations made in the facility and training.
Ensure departments, employees, visitors, auditers, vendors, and everyone who enters the facility adhere to requirements and guidelines set by TOSC and all of the third party requirements.

- Coordinate improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality
- Work together with other departments to discuss solutions to quality issues as needed
- Train new Quality Assurance Supervisor(s) as needed
