The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment as well as overseeing a small maintenance crew. Key responsibilities include:
- Mechanical repairs to production equipment
- Hydraulic repairs to production equipment
- Electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repairs to mechanical equipment
- General electrical repairs to buildings and equipment
A successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a production setting
- Knowledge of mechanical repairs on various machinery and equipment
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and experience making repairs
- Knowledge of PLC logic and computer software
