Tramec Plastics & Composites of Wellington, Kansas is currently seeking an Injection Molding Material Handler to support our injection molding business on 3rd shift. The chosen candidate must have good leadership skills, be dependable and have basic computer skill.

Job Duties:
- Must communicate effectively with department employees, management, and maintenance.
- Must verify correctness of necessary supplies/materials brought to the production floor.
- Must conduct line clearances and the associated documentation.
- Must supply/set-up material and components to the different assembly/machine stations/lines.
- Must have and maintain a low absenteeism record.
- Must verify readiness of machine and support equipment prior to production.
- Must fill out labels of materials being used.
- Must perform general housekeeping/cleaning.
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.
- Must be able to clean material conveyance and grinding equipment during changeovers.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace keeping multiple machines stocked with material and supplies.
- Must be able to relieve machine operators during break times.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, count, and use maintenance tools.
- Ability to lift materials, finished goods and move equipment during batch changeovers and as necessary.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to drive a forklift and pass a certification test.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to formulate plans and solve problems
- Good mechanical aptitude
