Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist Dr. Tran during clinical procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take orthodontic radiographs and photos as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dolphin Management.
- Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high standards of care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental assisting is required; experience in orthodontics is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with dental sterilization techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
