Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and needs.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings.
- Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
