Construction firm is seeking an ambitious and motivated candidate to serve as the Assistant Project Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the following :
- Experience with agencies, such as NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYCDDC, NJDOT, NJTA, and / or PANYNJ is preferred.
- Review of RFP, pre-construction activities, scope review,).
- Develop schedule and coordinate trades to execute minor repairs and projects.
- Supervise the construction and progress of, mechanical and electrical scopes.
- Work with the subcontractors / vendors to prepare / review change orders.
- Ensuring project deliverables are established, executed, and closed.
- Coordinate RFI process.
