Major law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3 - 8 years of personal injury law practice.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 3-8 years of experience in MVA, premises liability, and personal injury law.
- Experience with construction labor law is highly desirable.
- Must be barred and admitted to practice in New York State.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
