One of New York's most successful and high-profile plaintiff's personal injury / labor law firms.is seeking new Senior Associate Attorneys (Construction Labor Law) to join their growing team. The perfect candidate has at least 8 plus years’ experience in plaintiffs' personal injury / labor law 200,240,241. The firm has a history of achieving some of the highest verdicts and settlements in New York as well as handling high-profile cases featured in the media.
Responsibilities :
- Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
- Trial and / or settlement experience is a plus.
- Engaging in court, deposition, and motion appearances in NY.
- Mentor Junior Associates.
Requirements :
In addition, to a very competitive salary, we offer the ability to make substantial percentage bonuses based upon settlements, awards and performance-based bonuses. This position is fully in-office Monday- Friday
