Full Service GC is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join their team!

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience serving as a Project Manager for projects at $20M
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HCSS (Heavy Bid Estimating Software) and Primavera Scheduling
  • Experience in bidding with  NYSDOT, TANY, MNRR, DEP
  • Experience with Lump Sum Site Development projects in the private sector
