Responsibilities :
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP / HVAC / Plumbing construction projects from inception to completion
- Assist in creating detailed project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are allocated effectively
- Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly on milestones and potential risks
- Assist in managing project budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input to resolve issues and improve project efficiency
- Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to industry-specific safety regulations
