Trane Technologies develops future leaders through its Graduate Training Program. We are currently recruiting recent graduates who are excited to participate in our 15 -week rotational development Energy Engineer program. You will learn from experts in the field, who are committed to preparing you for a rewarding career in Energy Engineering. GTP provides you with intensive technical, business, and leadership training, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. You will begin work and your onboarding with your team at a predetermined office location . In this program, you will :
- Travel t o multiple company locations for practical, in-person learning experiences related to this career.
- Hear about "real world" projects from Trane Technologies leader s .
- Complete meaningful assignments; and participate in individual and team projects.

What you will do :
After successfully completing the Trane Technologies Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program, you will assume the responsibilities of an Energy Engineer, in a predetermined office location .
As an Energy Engineer, you will convert data into actionable insight to deliver results for clients, becoming a trusted advisor. Your work helps our customers continuously optimize their facilities and fulfill their mission more efficiently.
Based on your area of focus, your role will entail a combination of the following :

o Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
