Trane Technologies develops future leaders through its Graduate Training Program. We are currently recruiting recent graduates who are excited to participate in our 15-week rotational development Energy Engineer program. You will learn from experts in the field, who are committed to preparing you for a rewarding career in Energy Engineering. GTP provides you with intensive technical, business, and leadership training, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. You will begin work and your onboarding with your team at a predetermined office location. In this program, you will :

Travel to multiple company locations for practical, in-person learning experiences related to this career.

Hear about "real world" projects from Trane Technologies leaders.

Complete meaningful assignments; and participate in individual and team projects.

Gain the skillset and confidence to thrive as a full-time Energy Engineer in your local sales office.

You will join Trane Technologies' industry-leading Commercial HVAC sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in building efficiency and sustainability through our Equipment, Service or Controls / Building Automation offerings.

What you will do :

Compensation Information :

Base Pay : $75,000

Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the training.

In-person training, ranging from one week to four weeks, at various company sites.

This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in Cincinnati, OH.
