Trane Technologies is hiring an Associate Category Manager to manage the Metal Fabrication category for our CHVAC Applied Products and Life Sciences business units. This is a role on our Procurement team, with a scope of responsibilities within the assigned category.

Where is the work : Hybrid :
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
2 years of procurement / sourcing experience, ex : consulting, purchasing / buyer, and / or analyst experience.
Ability to assess vendors and demonstrated negotiating skills.
Demonstrated experience facilitating discussions and strong conflict resolution skills.
Professional communication; both verbal and written are required.
Ability to travel as needed
Compensation : $70,000- $90,000
