- Assess opportunities for categories including spend segmentation, commodity maturity, cost drivers, and supply market analysis
- Manage contract lifecycle and compliance, ensure supply continuity and deliver the best total value through RFx activities to execute supplier selection and negotiation
- Responsibility for leading large enterprise agreements with top IT suppliers inclusive of establishing enterprise agreements
- Contracting: Led various types of contracting including Software as a Service (Saas), Services, Goods, Enterprise Agreements, and Licensing Agreement structures including working cross-functionally with Data Privacy, Digital Risk, and Legal Departments
- Risk Management: Actively monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality, and compliance
